Tracey Suggs, Elder
Ordained Minister & Relationship Strategist
Tracey Suggs is shining a new light on what it means to draw strength from faith and experiences.
For more than 16 years, Tracey has been a compassionate, ordained minister and women's empowerment speaker. She was ordained as an Elder in 2006, under the leadership of Pastor Darrell & Lady Loretta Davis, Wholeness in Christ Fellowship Church. She severed in the capacity of Associate Pastor, with the responsibility of church administration, adjutant/assistant to the First Lady, and oversight of several auxiliaries before transitioning to another state mid-2015. Since 2015, she has become a published author, life group facilitator, and certified professional life coach, dedicated to working with women who have been broken through relationships.
“All my endeavors,” she says. “Are to transform how we engage with each other in healthy interpersonal and romantic relationships.”
As a result of skillful, compassionate ministry and coaching, women have been given tools of empowerment in order to move their lives beyond obstacles of inadequacy and rejection and into regaining their sense of power and purpose. Tracey's faith and experiences in Christ, are a catalyst through which the Lord uses to bring healing, deliverance, and restoration, to all who embrace her ministry.
After 12 years of marriage, Tracey found herself on the path towards divorce highway. With two children to raise, and her world destroyed, each day became more painful. But through the pain, she rediscovered her passion and gift for writing – things that she had picked up as a girl growing up in the tiny town of Battleboro, N.C.
Through the pain, she discovered her gift for writing would become instrumental in her healing process and a catalyst by which others would receive healing. She poured all her emotions into writing and her pen became a powerful vehicle for self-awareness, self-discovery, healing and restoration.
In 2006, inspired by her own pain and journey through personal relationships and her recovery, she began to write. In 2013, she created Electlady Chronicles™, a blog devoted to helping others through her writings. Tracey knows with an assurance that "There is Purpose Behind the Pen" and expresses her gratitude towards those who support her ministry. She encourages her readers that throughout life's journey, healing and wholeness is attainable when one has the courage to confront their pain.
In 2015, she published her first written work entitled, “Love Beyond: An Open Heart is a Willing Heart.” This book inspires it readers to overcome challenges loving beyond the faults, fears and failures of others – including their own. Later she created a private Facebook group engaging others in the matters of relationships. Also in August of 2015, Perfecting Love Outreach Ministries (PLOM) emerged. Her ministry has come full circle and is receiving spiritual covering under the leadership of Overseer Darrell & Lady Loretta Davis, Wholeness In Christ Fellowship; the place she was ordained and previously served along side them for 13 years and has been blessed to gleaned from their leadership, commitment, and dedication to Kingdom purpose.
In 2018, following the success of her thriving Facebook group -- “Love Beyond: An Open Heart is a Willing Heart”, she launched Simplistic Solutions Relationships & Life Coaching in 2019, dedicated to providing transformation coaching to women navigating the complexities of broken and failed relationships. As of February 2022, she now has a weekly radio segment, "Healthy Soul with Coach T" on SpinWax Radio.
She believes we must have a conviction to accept personal responsibility for our lives and embrace our process. Though life had presented great pain, it has always presented great healing. She knew that one day, the world would have access to her life and her story. This is it!
